１日目は越後川口〜小千谷〜長岡〜燕三条まで61キロ。２日目は燕三条〜新潟市〜日本海へ。信濃川が海へ流れ込む海岸線を回って59キロ。日本一長い信濃川はでっこくて豊かでした。(江)
